PHX area request.... #2

JohnCi and houseofpain,I hope these shots gave you a view that you were wnating to see. :-)Cheers,Jim

Thanks alot Jim.I know the landmarks may seem "double dutch" to some reading this, but for others, I'm still trying to figure out which main road I'm seeing in the 2nd shot of this posting (namely the raod running through the Sundevil area). It looks like Tempe, but I just can't see 202 to the north of ASU.....A "top down" view @ 20 miles altitude (showing the western approach path area of 25 & 26) with the airport refrenced may work. Otherwise I'm having trouble keeping my eyes on the 202 loop (esatbound towards Mesa). Thanks again though.Chaeers.

Hey Jim,Disregard my last post, I used one of the wide angle shots from your first screen posting to get my bearings. What I'm seeing in your #2 post (second shot) is just north of the airport area. The problem with Phoenix (when looking from the air atleast) is that it's easy to get confused because of the HUGE grid layout of the roads in the gretaer metro. It's not as bad as LA, but in LA you have more prominent geographic landmarks (aka mountainous terrain) to get your bearings, providing you can see the mountains that is :)So thanks again. Looks really good; can finally see 202.Cheers.

Sure thing h.o.p. You're welcome. :)Jim
