July 7, 200421 yr I've installed both the base and the update but when I run it I get an exception with process id=0x5f0 (1520), Thread id=0x394 (916). There's close to 900 downloads of this app and no other posts with user problems so it's clearly something on my comp but wondering if anyone has any ideas? I have .net 1.1 installed. Thx.billg
July 7, 200421 yr It crashes for me also. When I hit cancel I get this window:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/83132.jpg
July 14, 200421 yr I get the same error when it gets to the part of "aircraft variations". Have you found out why this happens, I have emailed the author, will have to wait for a reply, if any.Anthony..
July 14, 200421 yr Just to add, it say's that tmngr10d.zip replaces previous versions, I did not see anything about "base" version listed anywhere.Thought this was the full versionAnthony
July 15, 200421 yr Hi all,the program won't work if you have inconsistencies in your A/C folders (e.g. missing .air files, missing entries in the aircraft.cfg, etc.).Run the MRAI Installer Wizard to install a flight plan. It will check your A/C folders for any inconsistencies and will list them prior to installing the flight plan. That way you can then eliminate all existing inconsistencies without actually installing a flight plan. After I did this, the program worked for me.
July 15, 200421 yr Thanks Roland for the info. I will give it a miss if that's the case having to fiddle around to get it to work, and not replying to emails, not my idea of a tested util although it's free I suppose. Thanks anyway
July 21, 200421 yr Well,I think it's not so much about fiddling around with working A/C just to get the program running, but more about eliminating errors and inconsistencies that shouldn't be there in the first place.I took it as an oppurtunity to get rid of all these errors and now the whole thing runs rather nicely.BTW, the author agrees that his Traffic Manager hasn't been "too" tested before release. There's a discussion thread (with him participating) about that over at PAI:http://www.flightsimmer.com/forums/showthr...76&page=1&pp=30
