October 11, 201213 yr Gents, I noticed some default a/c and even some lite add-ons show the actual runway display on the ND. Does the runways show in real life, in all a/c like MD-11, Boeings, and Airbus? Why I cant see it on any major add-ons. Are there in real life, or am I missing some kind of setting on all of my a/c, such as the PMDG 737 NGX? -- I like when it displys the actual runway on the display; it gives you a good idea where you are in reference to the runway you want to land at? I love it for hand flying at night, or during a thunderstorm, where visibility is at minumum.
