FSWidgets have released QuickPlan for Windows which joins their existing lineup of Android, iPad and Mac editions.

 

QuickPlan is a visual point 'n' click flight planner that makes it easy to generate flight plans in native FSX, FS2004 or formats. It also provides seamless support for users of their Cloud Based Aeronautical Chart and World Nav Data products.
