HELP WANTED: RetroFS Group Applications

Hello again AVSIMers! If you've been to my profile lately, you'll notice that I've been looking to form a RetroFS group. Now I want to point out a few things before we get to the nitty-gritty:

• I will not purchase and likely will not own a website domain of any type. If I decide to make a website for the group, it will likely be run for free and through a free website creating source (freewebs, weebly, etc.)
  
• If I decide not to utilize a web domain, any and all works will more than likely will be uploaded to here.
  
• I am looking for real talent in the areas that are to be mentioned in a moment, and I would like to see some work or works of yours in some screenshots for your application.
  
• I am not skilled in scenery designing or any of the sort like that. If I choose to work for the group rather than running the group, I will be only doing AFCAD and Traffic File editing, also due to the fact that I don't have a lot of time everyday.
  
• The group is not even official, I will only be forming the group if I think I have enough time to be able to manage it at least 5 out of every 7 days, I will try to keep the community informed.
  
• No one in the group is going to be paid for the work. This group will be entirely freeware and no money will be accepted unless I decide to open a paid domain and only then will donations be accepted.
  

Okay, to the point. What am I even talking about you may ask? Let me answer. I have been looking to form a RetroFS group. The group will be aimed towards collecting data about airports, airlines, and flying in the late 1970's to the mid 1980's. Not many positions are available from my memory, I will likely think of more later. However there are more than one of some positions available. The positions will need to have someone of moderate to high skill level as I'm looking to be the best possible. Each application will include the following:

Please note none of the above information will be released to anyone but the members of the group, all information that you wish to keep private can be sent to be and will be kept safe. If you choose not to email another member directly to keep your email address private (such as emailing unfinished projects to be edited further) you may email the item to me and I will pass it along to the directed member. All finished works, please send them to me. Any work uploaded without my approval can possibly result in immediate termination. Just Kidding! However you can be fired from the group.

This group will be objected to developing for FSX, though FS9 works are not discouraged.

The following positions are available. All are subject to change in amount:

• Vice President (will run the group in my absence if I am unavailable for some time. Will take over if I resign. If you want to be the VP, please PM me and I will send you a special application): 1 Position Available (not going to change)
  
• Scenery Designer (designing photoreal scenery tiles, creating buildings, making airport ground scenery, etc. NOT AFCAD DESIGNING): 8 Positions available
  
• Aircraft Modelers (Designing external models, making virtual cockpits, 2d panels, etc.): 5 Positions available
  
• AI Traffic Modeler (designing models for the AI, making the 3 txt files for traffic file compilation. Please note that these 3 files must be sent to be for compilation, I will check them for errors): 4 Positions Available
  
• Researcher (searching for and retrieving material that can be used to back-date airports, traffic, and scenery): 2 Positions Available
  
• Beta Tester (testing scenery for bugs, testing aircraft, etc.): 6 Positions Available
  

AFCAD file making and Traffic File editing and compiling will be left up to me if I work with the group. Please remember that I will NOT look at applications in the comments, all applications will be PM'd to me if you want them seen. Please remember that I must have a screen shot of your prior work. Do not be discouraged if you are declined; if a position remains or becomes open, you can always choose to apply for that position. Please note also that this is my first time attempting to run a group, and whether it becomes really successful or crashes and burns, that's not for me to decide. It will likely be a while before we are able to upload any work, so please be patient.
