hi all just wanted to knwo how i can fix the pitch sensitivity on the dreamwings erj which i find to be extemely sensitive like most Fs9 planes -does it involve tweaking the airfile or can it be done just be playing around with the aircraft cfg file??

Probably best done in the airfile, however you can try altering the settings below in the cfg.
