Need some explanations on i52500K Turbo Boost and FSX

Hi Simmers.

My questions are:

1. Does i5 2500K use iall the way to 3.7 when running FSX?

2. Do all 4 cores run FSX at the same time?

I am still confused. And

3. I only have budget for one single hardware at this time. I'm running i5 2500K at stock clock speed since my mobo doesnt suport OC'ing. I also run 9800GT 1GB 256 bit. Now I really want to improve performance, fps that is.. Which one should I go first, buying an OC suported Mobo or getiing a new GPU.
