July 31, 200421 yr Hello;Amazingly, I was able to download and actually install Gregg Pepper's Super "G" 18 and Mike Stone's PBY.I even went so far (gasp) as to install Gregg's fix for the Beech, (B18GFIX.ZIP) -- so far, so good. One teeny little problem.I am unable to get the radios to function in either aircraft. I mean, when I click on the radio frequency numbers or on any of the mouse "hotspots", the frequency does not change. I am unable to tune the radios in any manner or fashion. This is the first time I have ever experienced this problem. I have gone through the drill in other MS default aircraft and third party aircraft wherein the electrical system must be turned on and and pertinent radio toggle switches, um, toggled. It is obvious to me that I am the prime suspect in the above related mystery. Now if I can only learn the correct procedure and cause the radios to work, I will be ever so grateful.Regards,P.S. After I wrote the above I thought I better clarify that the radio failure happens after I installed the "fix" to the Super "G" 18.And also; any tips for taxing the Beech would be appreciated. I am familiar with tail dragger twin engine sim aircraft. I taxi the DC-3 around with no problems whatsoever. If the Beech uses the tail locking method for take off and unlocked for taxing, how is the tailwheel locked and unlocked? I see a device on the throttle quadrant, but it does not appear to be active. I fly all the time with the cowl flaps in whatever position they were in after installation as I have not arrived at the point yet, where I am able to open and close them.
