I have a problem with the runway scenery

Hi! recently I decided to create my own scenery.

I was learning how to design a secenery, create flatten, create buildings, parkings,etc.

The problem is that the ATC forces me to land on to head "25", and I want that the ATC send me to land on to head "07"

ATC send me land on to head "07" when the wind direction is 70º, but when I use the real wheather obviously, it haven ´t this direction

I have configured in the ADEX

-Head "25" closed to land

Why I want this? Because the aproximate landing its more easy for "07" than "25"
