TFS A343 Nav Lights

Hi I notice that the TFS A340-300 nav lights and cabin lights were turn on only during take-off. Is there a way to tweak this just like the other AIs that there nav, logo and cabin lights were turn on 15 min before departure? Anyway here are the light settings on my TFS A340-300. Thanks
