August 12, 200421 yr I recently made the mistake of purchasing addon scenery purely on being impressed with the developers screenshots but without checking their forum or other forums to check if their were any problems with the scenery. After it was installed it did not work correctly for examples buildings were in the middle of a river and bridges were misplaced. Even the millenium Dome was in the middle of the river. I contacted the developers support and they requested many screenshots and shots of my FS9 files. These were supplied and I was told to delete two folders and replace them with two others. I did this but it made no difference and I have sent them two emails to this effect but have had no response from them. They told me originally that it is their policy not to give refunds until they have been given the opportunity to correct the faults. Well they have had the opportunity so perhaps I may hear from them again but I am not holding my breath. If I had checked the forums I would have discovered others had had the same problems.
