view panning in 2D panel mode

It has been necessary for me to re-install my CH Fighterstick USB – which I use for MS Flight Simulator 9.

Before the re-install, I was able to obtain 360 degrees of outside view panning, with the HAT switch. After re-install, however, the HAT switch gives only 4 views (N S E W).

I have added: pan_in_cockpit_mode=1 to the FS9.cfg file with no luck.

The CH Fighterstick USB setup seems to be OK, as panning works perfectly using the joystick HAT Switch in FSX after doing the necessary modifications to the camera.cfg file.

I would appreciate any help.
