I need some help with the setting- realism page in FS9.What is the best setting for the PMDG 737 NG ?

I try to find it in the lot of posts on this forum ,but I could not find anything except for a pmdg manual,but when I mouse click that URL the page gives an error.In the past there was a post about this subject.I like to know thw best realism setting
