another dumb question

Hello once again. I am slowly getting everything back in order after my HD crash...but still some minor irritants. So I need to ask another stupid question here.I downloaded a panel for the B777, my default aircraft is the PMDG B737-600, cold and dark cockpit.if I try to load the B777, the panels go dark as soon as it loads.I have loaded the PMDG B737 started batts and ground power, exited it and went to the cessna, turned batts on and avionics on...still no help. I did search a bit here earlier, and found lots of ways to make it a dark cockpit...but not to change it. The B777 panel in question is by Mr. Johan Peeters.
