and why might I be getting CTD's with gdiplus.dll mentioned as the module in error?? I am running Windows XP Home - SP2 on a Pentium 4 3.06 chip with 1 GHz memory and a NVIDIA based card, a Ti44600 with latest drivers, 61.77. Mobo is an Intel with their chipset fully updated.Randy Jura, KPDX

Hey Randythat dll is a part of the windows GDI..it's a system dll..as for the crashing part did you have that same problem before SP2 or after that.. might be a problem when the update took placeBrian

Well, to be honest, gdiplus.dll errors have occurred both before and after the new installation, but mostly before. I have however, retained most of my older FS9 installation including the older FS9.CFG file to retain settings! I wonder if that is part of the problem.Randy Jura, KPDX
