CH control manager limits prop adjustment

Does anybody have an explanation for this? The newest control manager software limits my prop adjustment from a low of 29% to a high of 71%. I can uninstall control manager and the adjustment returns to normal ranges but as soon as I reinstall it the limited ranges occur again. I've verified this on both the SF260 and the Seneca V.

Never mind. Found the answer in the hardware sub-forum. It seems like a pretty unlikely place to find an answer to a hardware question to me.:-doh
