FS9 Flight Plan - Printing Problem

Featured Replies

I am now unable to print any flight plan created in FS9. I never had this problem before. My printer is working fine , and I am able to print other areas of FS9, such as help topics. My problem seems to have begun when I tried to print an FS9 flight plan while I was running my 737NG (PMDG) sim software. Has anyone one had this problem of not being able to print an FS9 flight plan?Would reloading the FS9 cfg file help?Any suggestions you may have would be appreciated.Thanks.Stanner

Yes, I think you're on the right track. I also had this problem. I backed up my old fs9.cfg for future reference, deleted the original, then reloaded fs9. I was able to print again. Here is another topic that had some different suggestions: http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...topic_id=188180

I had this problem once, and it turned out the reason was that I had changed the dpi setting in my display properties from normal (96 dpi) to large (120 dpi). When I changed this setting back to normal, I was able to print flight plans again.

It's a very very good idea to keep a log of ANY changes you make to your system, no matter how small. This can make it a lot easier to track down problems. Of course I don't do this 'cause I'm too friggin lazy LOL.David
