March 25, 201313 yr That's ok now, tickets are handled.. Hello, Sorry if it is the wrong place; I have issue to submit a ticket using the ticket form interface. I enter all details, click next, and my ticket doesn't appear on the ticket list. I also do not receive mail to tell my ticket has been created.
