FSX Night texture (from fs9 scenery)

Hi im having a problem with my night texture on my RPLL scenery which is originally design for fs9. But as you can see the photo i attached, those buildings at the back are also from fs9 scenery and there night texture are working except for the airport. All the building night texture within the airport were not loading. I already tried converting them to .dds, dxt1 no alpha and dxt5 but none of them worked. And by the way Direct10 is NOT tick on the fsx settings. Any help on this? Thanks
