Upgrade from GTX275 to GTX660

I have an old GTX275 and would like know if upgrade to a GTX660 would make any difference.  I have a core i2500K OC to 4.3 ghz.  I have just a few add ons including Ultimate Traffic and REX.  I do not want to spend ~ $300 and find an increase of only a few FPS.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions. 

I went from a GTX 460 to a GTX660Ti. I would never go back. I got frame rate increase and more auto gen combined. Really helped the experience.
