B-25 Altimeter Problem

Recommended Posts

Just downloaded and installed the B-25 "Briefing Time" package for FS2004 - looks, sounds, and runs great.  Just one problem...

The altimeter is consistently off.  It reads 150 to 200 feet lower than actual altitude.  I've verified that the barometric setting is correct - 29.92.

Any suggestions?

On another topic, the flap sounds don't work. The .WAV file is there, and the proper reference is made to it in the sound.cfg file. But I can't hear them at all.

Thanks.

Just fixed the flaps sound problem.  For some reason, the .WAV file installed as "BT_ Flap" rather than "BT_Flap"......an extra space.  Corrected the file name, and now the flaps sound works fine.

Unfortunately I'm still perplexed about the Altimeter problem.  Appreciate any insight anyone may have.

Thanks.
