October 6, 200421 yr Hi,What of the Systems components can make FS9 eat Memory up to more and more of even the reserved SWAP HDD Memory? I fly over US from KMEM to KSEA in the latest B707CS and just some 5nm befor I finaly approach KSEA, WinXp tells me that FS9 eat too much memory and I have to shut down FS9...Where can a memory leak be located? Where to start searching??? Regards, Torben Hadler
October 6, 200421 yr "Where to start searching???"This is often an improper add-on landclass installation. Try a search of this forum for the subject.Hope you get it sorted soon,Greg
October 6, 200421 yr Yep, Greg has hit the nail on the head.A landclass bgl file that is placed in a scenery folder that has an associated texture folder will cause a huge memory leak.ALL landclass files should only be placed in a scenery folder that has NO associated texture folderDan.
October 10, 200421 yr Author Is there any list of which LandClass BGLs have error in FS9 and should better not be installed? And how to find out which one is the problem? Regards, Torben Hadler
