Help needed with re-install

I need some help with re-installing the 737NGX Base pack and 600-700NGX.  I recently moved and can't locate my backup DVDs.  I've pirchased the extended backup service from PMDG, opened 2 tickets (one for each package) and I get a download link expired when I try to re-download the products. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
