FSX Aircraft Spawn Too Close?

I'm having an interesting problem, ever since I changed the FSX cfg so all flights start with parking brake on, the a/c have spawned way to close to the airport, like so: 

It's not something with the individual aircraft; this happens with every single plane I have at all airports I've been to.

I'm using the default FSX scenery for the airports.

Any thoughts?
