In the Tileproxy forum I've posted some notes on how Tileproxy can be used in FS9 to some degree of quality.  Not perfect, but quite nice and it gives FS9 an edge on FSX in terms of performance and visuals, IMHO.  Now that I have Tileproxy running well in FS9, I am back to using FS9 more often.  For those interested, here is a link with a link to some example screenshots.  And of course I am available by PM for those who need help getting started.
