Problem to place a support Ticket

Hi,

      I've bought the MD-11 for FSX only and I'm having problem with the validation. I've tried to place a ticket in the PMDG ticket page but the sistem doesn´t take it.

      Please give me an email address where I can send the purchase data. I am getting an unhandled exception, i have redownloaded the installer more than three times.

      Please excuse my grammar, is late and I am tired :D.
