today I purchased the extended download service for my NGX Series Product, but when I try to redownload I see that the URL is still expired.

What may be the problem?

I seem to recall that you need to then send a support ticket with the order number (or something). You will then get a support response with the valid download link. I can't recall for sure, but the instructions are defo on the PMDG site or support site.
