Help with flying Airbus A340

Hello :)Im enjoying flying the Open Sky A340 around but Im having severe problems on the descent, approach and landing. I dont know the proper decent & approach profile for this plane and end up with excessive airspeed and altitude near the runway (even though I started the descent at the correct altitude)Do any of you have an V-speeds and such for the A340 airplane?..or perhaps I could get some tips from you experienced PC A340 pilots?:)Thank you
