July 2, 201312 yr Hi Guys, I am new to posting information on this forum, but I have been using avsim for a real long time. I am an avif Flight Simmer user and always Tweaked FSX, whenever there were problems and it usually resolved them. However, that is not the case for Prepar3d. I have major perfromanace issues, like stuttering, CTD, 5 FPS in NY (Metro Area) other areas I see about 30FPS or higher. When I use FSX on my current laptop there are no issues stated above and everything works find. Specs for this laptop: Intel Core_i5_2450M Processor 2.5GHz 8 GB SO-DIMM RAM 750GB 7200rpm Hard Drive 15.6-Inch Screen, Nvidia GT 630M 2G Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) The only extra addons that I have on this laptop: My Traffic PMDG JS4100 Jet City 717 Lots of Freeware Airplanes from avsim, simviation, and flightsim.com Feelthere Emb175 QualityWings Bae146 Attached is a copy of my Prepar3d.cfg. Your sugestions are greatly apprecaited.
