Thrustmaster Throttle Problem

I've had my Thrustmaster T.Flight Stick X for a while but i started FSX I moved the throttle a little and it went to about 75% and wont go back to idle. It has been a few days and it still wont work. I also just installed QW 757 if that makes a difference.

Have you set sensitivity to 100% in the FSX controller setup?

Does it respond correctly in windows or device properties etc...
