effect question

hey there!i'd like to edit the start-up smoke on the ifdg a320 for my personal use so that it fits the cold temperatures up in the north (like this pic http://www.airliners.net/open.file/705627/L/)how can i produce so much smoke? any suggestions on which effect file i could use? thanx a lot!
