Eric's A320 panel problem

Featured Replies

Not sure if this is a CoFpatch/SP2 issue but I just now noticed that Eric's panel will not load the flightplan or display it on the ND. I have read the FAQ section at Eric's website and installed the latest patch. All of the nav/airport data show up on the nav display. It's worked fine up until now, however this is the first time i've loaded the panel since installing both SP2 and the COF patch. The COF patch installed a new gps_export.dll among other things, I tryed replacing with the original, no help. Any ideas? Thanks.

HiI think I have observed the same on my last flight, but I did not yet have time to check it further.Did you also notice that a loaded flightplan was shown in the "PLAN"-mode on the ND, however not in the other modes (like "NAV" or "ARC")?Walter

Hello WalterI do not show any plan loaded into the ND, except in the upper right corner where it shows the next waypoint bearing/distance/time. Display is not showing course line/waypoints. Also getting NO FLT PLAN on lower display. However aircraft does track flightplan.Ron

Hello RonI now remember again the solution (I did not use this panel for quite some time) and checked it last night. In order to display the flight plan in the ARC and NAV modes you have to press the upper left button ("CSTR") in the EFIS control panel, it has to be green.Worked fine for me, the route is now displayed on the ND.Walter

FWIW, I found the problem to be a bad startup/default plan. I changed to a different startup plan and now have all systems working properly.:-outta
