November 15, 200421 yr I prefer to use FS2002 for the better frame rates...I moved the Beechcraft Baron 98 from FS2004 to 2002, and it loadsfine with panel, however the throttle and brakes do not work..itjust sits there and idles...What did I miss moving over to FS2002?..or what am I not doing right? Thanks! for any help JimmyDoo
November 15, 200421 yr Did you copy the relavent gauges to FS2002? If not, then it's probably not working because it's missing needed throttle and brakes gauges. If you did, then maybe it's just not backwardly compatible.
November 15, 200421 yr The most common problem with putting FS9 birds into FS8 is the airfile. If it was created in FS9, chances are it won't work properly in the earlier version. What I do is substitute a working airfile from a similar bird in FS8 and everything is just fine.-------------------Racartronit means something, but I just can't remember what
