Hello,

 

I searched around the forum but was unable to find a similar issue. When I load up the cold and dark panel state from the FMC the system initialization starts up, the displays go off, battery, apu master is all off etc. However almost every other switch is left in the on position. I tried a re-install but the same problem still occurs. Any thoughts on the issue? Thank you in advance.

I think this is not a bug.

It's the normal C&D panel. (Not completely C&D, according to PMDG pdf's).
