FS9 Error

Hello everyone, FS9 was working brilliant until I needed to reinstall my entire pc however now this problem is happening as on screenshots. I do not get any CTD just simply the display doesnt update realtime type of thing. im on Windows 7 and have installed it outside of the C:/programme files and kept it in C:/ just like last time.

Can anyone shed any light?
