Unable to print pmdg777 manuals

I bought, downloaded and installed PMDG 777 plane on 9th September 2013. All works fine, except printing the manuals. In FSX/PMDG 777 6 manuals are listed in PDF format, however I am only able to Print the tutorial and the introduction manual.

When i try to print the other manual the word print is grayed in. Also on many pages the word "Draft" is shown. Is there a way to print the manuals ?
