Unable to print pmdg777 manuals

I bought, downloaded and installed the PMDG 777 on 9th September 2013. All works fine except that I am not able to print the 6 manuals except Introduction and Tutorial. When I press print, the tab is shadowed in gray. Are these manuals protected ? Is there a way to print them?
