I have a problem with the throttle quadrant of my pro flight system.

When I plug in the cloche to the USB of my mobo it powers up but the throttle quadrant doesn't.

I thought it has been broken but i tried it on my laptop and it works correctly. What do you think is the problem?

On my desktop for fsx i have win 7 premium 64bit and on my laptop vista premium 64bit
