Skeleton external view despite HIGHMEMFIX?

Any ideas why the external model of the 777 is still corrupt as per the attached screen shot - I thought this would be fixed by the HIGHMEMFIX=1 tweak in the fsx.cfg file which I have done but apparently not. What else can I try? Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help.

 

I am running with a Intel i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz with a GeForce GTX 670 card.
