777 problem with activation code

Hi guys, I've just bought the PMDG 777. During the installation the installer would had run the directX 10 which has not been installed due a problem.....

Anyway, once my FSX is opened and I've selected my 777, a window opens and says "enter activation code" which I copied from my "receipt" after the online payment on the pmdg website.

It says that the connection to the activation server is failed and to fix my internet connection.

My connection is absolutely fine and I haven't had any issues before with this.

Can anyone help me please?
