Is from 2-3 days that my fs9 give me a lot of crash with a blue screen and when I launch in 1280x1024 fullscreen mode, fs9 go in 70-60 hz of refresh rate! I have set the various refresh rate with refresh force software but with fs9 don't function! I launch fs9 at 1280x1024 in fullscreen and go in 60hz, if I put down fs9 in pause in traybar of windows (with windows key of keyboard) the monitor return in 85hz correct refresh!I think that the various pc crash with blue screen is for this problem that fs9 go with your refresh rate and not with the desktop.There's a cfg file where there is a line that control the refresh rate?I have a sapphire 9600xt 128mb with catalyst 4.11 installed and directx 9c.

The refresh rate is controlled outside of FS9. FS9 can control the resolution, and the color depth (16/32 bit), as well as AA and mip level, but not the refresh rate.A couple of things to try--reinstall your video drivers, direct x and your monitor drivers. If that still doesn't work, there's utilities out there that can also give you added refresh rates. Doubt you'll need one though--this sounds like a driver/directX conflict.-John
