FSFreeware lanclass

Featured Replies

Hi all, I've come across a series of landclass files over at fsfreeware site, but they are not available as shareware, only through a subscription.I'm wondering if they are worth downloading (ie subscribing)Has anyone tried them? Do they really improve the scenery? - I haven't found any screenshot over therethanx to all those who'll share their experience

Dear Rino;good day - The landclass uploaded into mapserver - was originally designed for fs2002 - wich was a slightly different landclass wich you really need for fs2004. Netherless it works also in fs2004 - but - in some mountanious regions we see the lines between cells - and that really is not very estetic - but other than that - the lc works ok.i would like myself to update that land class packages - but at the moment - with all these roads and waters design for europe - there is not space for it - but i hope soon to get it done.if mapserver membership is worth - - well - - let's the users let you know !! if any around here.raimondo

Do a search for this scenery on Avsim.... You might can get it for nothing. Joe W.
