Edit Voice Pack Help

Featured Replies

Hi,I've been using EditVoicePack 3.1 for RW airlins call signs, been having some trouble lately. It's pick only a few of the call signs and not all. I've updated the airlines.cfg but nothing happens...it was working fine earlier.Any thoughts/help?Cheers,-Pranav

Not sure what you mean with "pick". Are you referring to the callsign selection dropdown list in the Flight Simulator GUI? Or are you referring to callsigns actually spoken by ATC. And in that case is it a problem with both AI traffic and your own aircrafts?I will try to follow up on information in this thead but can't promise it for sure - use the EditVoicepack support forum if you want to make sure I read it.

Hey Lars,Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the confusion, so what happens is that I see all the airline call signs in the drop down menu (while selecting the call sign of the aircraft I'm loading), and when I run MSFS, ATC only addresses me with just the flight number...So for e.g. I choose the call sign Jet Airways 361...and both-way communication is with the call sign 361 and not the airline. What the strange part is that some airline names work and some don't....looking forward to some help!-Pranav

Make sure you have not disabled the callsign using the checkboxes (navigate to it in the tree and make sure there it contains a green checkbox). Also make sure you do not have any backup of the sound file in the sound directory (this is only the case if you created on yourself). If this is not enough, please go to the support forum for further assistance. I know it is a pain having to register on the forum etc, and it would be much easier for you if we could just continue the support here. But it is extremely inefficient for me. On the EditVoicepack support forum you can get assistance from other users - not just me - and others with the same problem can easily find the resolution by searching on the forum.
