November 27, 200421 yr Having downloaded the wonderful 727 from Erick plus the excellent panel by Richard, it can't get any better than this. I have some questions though to both of these products.First the model. Having never flown on a 727 I don't know how it reacts, but is it really supposed to be this easy to bank? When I turn the plane it feels like I'm flying a small plane, it instantly turn without any sort of delay, is this a fs9 limitations, again I haven't flown a small plane either, but what I'm trying to say is that I don't see any of the "heavy" characteristics I get from other big iron planes. The pitch also seems to be really sensitive. Other than this it's a really nice plane to fly. I have no idea if this is really the way a 727 behaves, I'm just looking for confirmation that this is how it is suppose to behave.Next the panel. I know this might be a fs9 limitations, but while at cruise at say FL230 I have an EPR readout of 1.92, but using a program like AFSD, I get a readout of 1.67. Is there any way to correct this? The autopilot is something else I was having a problem with. Now I usually don't fly with the A/P on with this aircraft, as I like handflying it, but on takeoff I usually engage it after cleanup to make it fly the SID as I can't really do that yet. What I like to do is engage the A/P to steer the plane and I control the pitch. So I would leave the right paddle down and the left I would engage. I know how to do this, but usually it involves engaging and then disconnecting and re-engaging the A/P for it to work. Something like this...1. engage left paddle plus switch on AUX (this results in me not being able to control pitch even though I didn't engage the right paddle).2. engage right paddle plus switch on AUX3. engage left paddle plus AUX (now I can control the pitch, but why do I have to disconnect the A/P for this to work?).Regards
