Problem with Kneeboard and Tooltips

Hi,I am having a problem with the kneeboard in that when I try to grab the scroll bar and move it, FS9.1 crashes. I get a similar issue when I have tooltips on and I pass the mouse over a gauge; when it tries to display the tool tip, FS crashes. The kneeboard problem is consistent, it crashes every time. The tool tip problem doesn't happen all the time, but it happens often enough that I have had to turn tool tips off, which can be a pain when I fly in an unfamiliar aircraft.I am using a Dell D800 laptop with NV 4200 go graphics, BIOS 4.28.20.31.0, driver 4487, 1 GB mem. I am using the latest mouse driver, 5.4.102.8. When I tried using a newer graphics BIOS, the crashing was even worse, so I went back to the original graphics BIOS. Unfortunately, I cannot upgrade the graphics driver, as only the supplied drivers will install, and it does not appear that Dell will ever upgrade the graphics drivers for this card.I have tried both the new and old display.cfg and get the same result.Does anybody have any suggestions?Thanks,Thomas
