VMAX and Ready for Pushback

Hi everybody,I just wanted to let the Flightsim community know of VMAX. I had a problem with my purchase and downloads of Ready for Pushback. I had tried for 8 months to retreive the download and had sent numerous emails to VMAX with no responses. Today I called them. These guys are excellent with their customer service. They never received my emails because of spam filters. I called them had about a 2 minute conversation and they had all my information there at hand. They are going to email me a new link to download and were fantastic over the phone. I highly recommend VMAX!I just want to say though I ranted on the forum about this and seen others have had problems with other vendors as well. If all possible try to either send a request by snail mail or possible telephone them. The spam filters will probably snuff your email out before it gets to them. Alot of payware vendors are legit and do care about us as the consumer.VMAX went above and beyond. They have a customer for life!!! Thank you Vmax and AVSIM!!!!!!
