Can't access store to re-download 744X

Is anybody else having difficulty accessing the online store? I've been trying to log in so I can  re-download my B744X , but in both IE and Chrome, the page won't load.

On Sept 9th, 2013 I ordered extended download for the FSX B747.  I can find no way to download the plane.  Can anyone direct me to the steps to access my download.
