Bob,it is MUCH recommended ! It's basically a combination of flight planner and professional dispatcher program ( a bit toned town for FS). It includes state-of-the art flight planning incl. weather prediction and the like, ETOPS, EROPS, STOPS operations (if needed) down to maintaining your own "little airline", I couldn't think of anything better. The initial learninng curve can be a bit steep though (depending on your experience with flight planners), but once you get the hang of it, it works like a charm.Do you own the DF ATR or the DF 727 ? If so, you'll find examples of flight plans generated by FOC in the tutorials.Michael
