Featured Replies

I need help on every single step on how to make a video to put on a c.d. i mean every step. Ive never done this before, please someone out there as a christmas present please help me :) thanks peopleDavid

1. Record your video from game, using something such as Fraps which will save as uncompressed AVI. It will take up a lot of space on your hard drive so make sure you have some gigs free.2. Edit your video, add music, transitions, titles. etc.. I use Pinnacle Studio.3. Save or convert your edited video from an AVI to MPEG2 format (which is the video format that DVD uses). I use the export feature of Pinnacle Studio.4. Make DVD compliant authored video format. I use Ulead DVD MovieFactory to author & create chapters for the video and also to create menus if you wish then I export the video as DVD formatted folders. You can also import your edited completed MPEG2 video into Nero but I have no experience with that.5. I burn my completed DVD folders imported into Nero onto DVD.That sums it up. To get more detailed, I am afraid it is a matter of learning your software. I suggest perusing www.doom9.net for more detailed information.Carmine http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/Images/wave.gif
