PMDG777 installation issues

I have recently bought PMDG 777 and updated my simulator to FSX. I have few problems if you can help. I got your email from AVSIM forum.

My issues are


  1. I have activated product but still It ask again to activate it
  2. I don't have active Operation centre.
  3. I don't have all the documents except Tutorial and Introduction
  4. Once I load I can't see the Cockpit except a bit of EFIS and a bit of PFD&ND on captain and FO side.
